There’s plenty of family fun to be had on the river this weekend at Spruce Street Harbor Park and Blue Cross River Rink Summer Fest running Friday August 21st – Sunday August 23rd open 11am – 11pm. Families can enjoy fun and food on the river as well as outdoor roller skating rink featuring roller skates and in-line skates for rent! And this weekend there is extra fun with interactive crafting with The Clay Studio on Free admission. $3 skating, $10 skates rental.
The Animal Grossology exhibit continues this weekend at the Academy of Natural Sciences in Philadelphia. Kids of all ages will be amused and educated with this fun exhibit highlighting the slimiest, stinkiest, and yuckiest creatures on earth! Exhibit entrance is $5.00 in addition to museum admission $15.95/adults, $13.95 kids ages 3-12.
The Art of the Brick continues this weekend running Friday August 21st – Sunday August 23rd at The Franklin Institute. The display of LEGO brick artistic masterpieces explores the intersection of art and science and will delight builders and LEGO fans of all ages.
